According to the probable cause affidavit released on Monday, the victim underwent a voluntary interview with investigators on May 23rd and disclosed “a long-term pattern of grooming and sexual boundary violations. Rose allegedly invited the victim to assist him in searching for a missing woman in February and allegedly purchased multiple alcoholic beverages for the victim, and was witnessed consuming drinks himself. The victim alleges that Rose brought her to an isolated location, repeatedly touched and kissed her, and the victim stated she said “no” multiple times. The victim also alleged that Rose inappropriately touched her on other occasions. Rose allegedly showed the victim sexually inappropriate photos and often asked the victim for pictures. Rose was charged with Second-degree sexual assault, Sexual indecency with a minor, knowingly furnishing alcohol to a minor, and First-degree endangering the welfare of a minor.
