28-year-old William Morehead was stopped driving a Buick Regal reported stolen. During the traffic stop, multiple drugs were found. Morehead is charged with felony 1st degree Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, two counts of felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of drug Paraphernalia with a Prior Drug Offense.
