Mary Schrag, the owner of Physical Therapy Specialists Clinic with locations in West Plains and Mountain. Grove has been named the new president of the Missouri State Board of Education. Schrag will help usher in a term focused on strengthening public education, supporting teachers, and encouraging collaboration across the state’s education system. Shrag was first appointed to the board in 2019 by Governor Mike Parson.
