According to reports, Crista Allman was pulled out of the river and taken to the Cherokee Village Emergency Room, where she was pronounced dead by the Sharp County Coroner. The incident happened at Saddler Falls in Fulton County. Allman’s body was sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab to determine the cause of death.
