A teen from Republic was injured in a UTV accident Wednesday Afternoon in Wright County. The Highway Patrol reports that the 17-year-old suffered serious injuries when a UTV driven by a 22-year-old woman from Norwood ran off the road and overturned. The Republic Teen was taken to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened on Scott Road, three miles south of Norwood.
A man from Arnold, Missouri, was injured in an accident in Texas County on Wednesday. The 38-year-old suffered minor injuries when his truck’s mirrors struck the mirrors of another vehicle. The other vehicle left the scene. The accident happened on Missouri 137, two miles south of Yukon. The man was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital.
