A woman from Mountain Home was arrested on Saturday in connection with a hit-and-run fatality accident from October 2024. 62-year-old Sarah Alsup is charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident. She allegedly hit 27-year-old William “Billy” Herrman as he attempted to cross Highway 62B between Wendy’s and City Nails on October 18th, 2024. Alsup allegedly told authorities that she thought it was a deer that had run across in front of her.
