Tuesday, the Honorable Judge John Bloodworth—assigned to the 37th Judicial Circuit by the Missouri Supreme Court—signed a Temporary Restraining Order in favor of the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office.
This court order ensures that the Office of Sheriff may continue full operations without disruption and that deputies and staff will receive their rightful pay.
Sheriff, Steve Hogan said, “It marks a critical step in protecting the stability and functionality of our Office during this time”.
The Sheriff’s Office has also secured additional legal representation to help safeguard the integrity of our mission and the rule of law.
Sheriff Hogan said “While he is limited in what he can share at this stage, please know that the support from the citizens and dedicated staff has been unwavering and deeply appreciated.
