23-year-old Emilee Shipley was arrested on charges of two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, three counts of felony endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and two counts of Failure to Secure a Child Less than Eight Years Old in a Booster Seat. She was taken to the Howell County Jail and then released.
