On Friday, July 11th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash on County Road 5800, approximately 1 mile from Willow Springs. The incident occurred around 1:35 in the afternoon and involved a 2005 Pontiac G6 and a 2019 Ford Fusion. According to the crash report, a 17-year-old male from Willow Springs was driving eastbound in the Pontiac when he struck the westbound Ford Fusion, which was attempting to turn at the top of a hill. The juvenile driver suffered minor injuries and was transported by private vehicle to Ozarks Healthcare.
