On Thursday, the Houston Police Department responded to a report that led to felony charges for a local man. 23-year-old Triten Lee of Houston was arrested and charged with Felony attempted stealing of a motor vehicle and Felony attempted tampering with a motor vehicle. He is being held in the Houston Jail.
