The Ozark County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Team served the warrant at a residence in Pontiac, Missouri. Officers seized drugs and paraphernalia. Joshua Marler and Pamela Marler are charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Lonnie Strauser is charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Paul Henderson and Brandon Mills are charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Keeping/Maintaining a Public Nuisance, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Lisa Cobbs-Espinoza is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
