35-year-old Timothy Allan Clark was arrested on charges of two counts of felony theft of property, felony possession of a firearm by certain persons, felony first degree criminal mischief, misdemeanor second degree criminal mischief, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, driving while suspended, and probation violation. He is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center with a bond set at $25,000
