A subsequent investigation uncovered significant physical injuries to the victim, indicating the abuse may have been ongoing for several years. As a result of the investigation, on Wednesday, the Sheriff’s Department requested charges against John H. Partney. A no-bond warrant has been issued for Partney, who faces charges of two counts of second-degree domestic assault and first-degree harassment.
