On Wednesday, the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team executed a search warrant at a residence located at 18033 3rd Street in Eminence. The operation resulted in the arrest of William Eubanks and Michelle Boyd. Both individuals were formally charged with Unlawful Use of a Weapon – Subsection 11: Possession of a weapon while also unlawfully possessing a controlled substance (Class E Felony), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class D Felony)
