The 16-year-old was arrested following an incident last Wednesday. According to reports, the boy allegedly raped a 20-year-old woman in front of an infant. So the boy has been charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a minor. He has been taken to a juvenile facility in Jonesboro. Because of the age of the suspect, no names are being released.
