The Arkansas State Police report that 80-year-old Clarence Leroy Smith was killed and 31-year-old Tiffany Hayworth and a minor were both injured when Smith crossed the centerline and hit the left side of the vehicle that the two injured were in. They were taken to Baxter Health in Mountain Home. The accident happened on Highway 14 in Yellville, Friday morning.
