KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Just days after agreeing to terms with right guard Trey Smith on a record-setting contract, the Kansas City Chiefs have extended another member of their young core.
Defensive end George Karlaftis, a 2022 first-round pick of the Chiefs, agreed to terms on a four-year contract extension with Kansas City, according to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
