41-year-old Brandy Denise Vick and 43-year-old Charles Anthony Vick were both arrested along with the children’s mother, 22-year-old Chloe Yun, after a DHS investigator reported that Brandy Vick and Chloe Yun appeared to be under the influence. The investigator also reported seeing a knife and a pipe with marijuana within arm’s reach of the two minors. Yun tested positive for meth, THC, and amphetamine. DHS took custody of the children and took them to Arkansas Children’s Team for Children at Risk Medical Clinic for examination, including a hair follicle test. Both children allegedly tested positive for methamphetamine, THC, and amphetamine. Yun, Brandy Vic,k, and Charles Vick were all charged with felony Introduction of a controlled substance into the body of another person, and felony Endangering the welfare of a minor. Bond was set at $75,000 cash/surety each.
