A juvenile from Sparta, Missouri, was injured in an accident in Douglas County on Tuesday. The Highway Patrol reports the 16-year-old girl suffered minor injuries when a vehicle driven by a 56-year-old man from Seymour failed to yield and pulled into her path. The girl was taken to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened on BB Highway eight miles south of Seymour.
Two Ellington residents were injured in an accident Tuesday in Reynolds County. The Highway Patrol says that a 62-year-old man suffered moderate injuries and another 62-year-old man suffered minor injuries when a vehicle driven by a 26-year-old Ellington man crossed the center of the roadway and hit the vehicle the two 62-year-olds were in. The accident happened on Missouri 21, a mile north of Ellington.
