The letter was sent in October of 2024 and contained an SD card. The card contained digital images and video of two adult females, one adult male, and a child. The images included sex acts between the 3 adults where a child was present. Two of the adults were engaging in various sexual acts with a female child who appeared to be approximately 7-8 years of age.
The adult male was identified as Brandon Allen Leonard of Jonesboro he was charged with 22 charges in March and is currently in jail. He will go to trial in August. One of the females in the video was identified as Courtney Hope Green (aka Courtney Green-Bagwell) of Hoxie. The third adult seen in the video is identified as Casey Matthews. Green was arrested in Florida.
All the information gathered by investigators from Lawrence County was reported to the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division.
Courtney Hope Bagwell is charged with Sexually Grooming A Child, Sexual Indecency With A Child, and Rape. Green-Bagwell was issued a $100,000 bond, issued a no-contact order, and given a September court date.
