A Marion County man is facing a Felony charge following a domestic incident earlier this week. 39-year-old Joshua Allen Bates, of Flippin, was arrested by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday afternoon around 4:30 p.m. He is charged with Felony domestic battery in the second degree involving physical injury. Bates is being held in the Marion County Jail on $2,500 cash bond as the investigation continues.
