A woman who faces drug charges in two separate cases has been declared a fugitive after failing to appear in court earlier this week. 22-year-old Cheriakee Schroeder-Charlton missed her scheduled appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court on Monday, July the twenty-first. Because failure to appear in circuit court is a felony, a warrant was issued for her arrest. Schroeder-Charlton was previously arrested twice last year, first in late March and again in late April, both times on drug-related charges. The March arrest happened after police went to the Ramada Inn searching for 34-year-old Kory Charlton, who was listed as an absconder by probation and parole officials. Authorities were also informed that a petition to revoke Kory Charlton’s probation has been filed.
