32-year-old Austin Jasche was arrested on charges of felony first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, no front license plate, no seat belt, and failure to comply with the ignition interlock device. He was taken to the Howell County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
