42-year-old Christopher Bruce Webb of Great Cacapon, West Virginia, was arrested on a Bradford County, Pennsylvania, warrant for seven counts of burglary, seven counts of knowledge that property is proceeds of illegal acts, seven counts of criminal trespass, seven counts of theft by unlawfully taking movable property, and seven counts of criminal mischief. He is being held in the Thayer Jail without bond.
