According to reports, Joshua Mansfield allegedly exposed himself and was seen defecating in a bucket. He at first denied the incident, but during booking said that he defecated in the bucket due to a medical emergency. Mansfield is being charged with Sexual Misconduct with a child under 15 years old. His bond is $5000.
