A Harriet man is facing multiple felony charges following his arrest in Marion County. Authorities say 34-year-old Dusty Allen Rhoades was taken into custody by the Marion County Sheriff’s Department on July 30th at approximately 3:10 p.m. Rhoades is charged with Felony residential or commercial burglary, Felony theft of property, and criminal trespass involving a vehicle or structure. He is currently being held in the Marion County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
