The Highway Patrol reports that 35-year-old Mikayla Bingham was arrested on charges of two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without a valid license, no insurance, speeding, and failure to display valid plates. She was processed and released.
