
In July, a search warrant was executed at an address on Joe Jones Boulevard in West Plains, leading to the discovery of illegal narcotics, multiple arrests, and the seizure of drug-related paraphernalia.
This property has been linked to several prior methamphetamine seizures. Based on information gathered by deputies, an application for a search warrant was submitted and signed by a judge.
Upon entry, law enforcement detained multiple individuals found inside the residence. Narcotics and paraphernalia were located in two areas of the home. Notably, three small baggies of suspected methamphetamine were discovered hidden in a trash can and an eyeglass case in one bedroom. A loaded syringe and additional paraphernalia were also found in a separate area of the residence. Lisa Silva-Oropeza and Amanda Wallace were arrested on active warrants and transported to the Howell County Sheriff’s Jail. Brad Freiman was also taken into custody. He was subsequently charged with Deliver Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana Or Synthetic Cannabinoid, and released on a $15,000.00 bond.
