An Olathe, Kansas, man was arrested Friday afternoon in Baxter County. The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office says 19-year-old Lukas Trey Helm was taken into custody just after 4 p.m. and booked into the Baxter County Jail. Helm is facing two counts of theft of property, both classified as Class D felonies. His bond is set at $15,000, and he remains in the Baxter County Jail.
