A Parkville, Missouri, man was arrested Friday afternoon in Baxter County. The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office says 64-year-old Donald Farrow was taken into custody just before 2 p.m. and booked into the Baxter County Jail. Farrow is facing a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than four ounces. Bond has not been set, and he remains in the Baxter County Jail.
