36-year-old Steven Richard Whaples is charged with possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia, both felonies. He is also charged with misdemeanors for fleeing on foot and several traffic violations. Authorities report that Whaples fled from Police twice last week in a 24 period. Whaples was also wanted for parole violations.
