The Highway Patrol reports that a 68-year-old man suffered serious injuries and a 65-year-old woman suffered moderate injuries when the man drove off the road and overturned the truck he was driving. The man was flown to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, and the woman was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on Highway 21, three miles south of Ellington.
