Two people were injured in a crash early Thursday morning in Ripley County. Authorities say a southbound vehicle ran off the right side of Missouri Highway 21 about three miles north of Doniphan and struck a culvert, causing moderate damage to the car and damaging the culvert. The 22-year-old female driver and a 20-year-old male passenger both sustained minor injuries and were taken by private vehicle to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The vehicle was left at the scene.
