The Highway Patrol reports that a 61-year-old woman from Williamsville was killed, a 67-year-old woman from Florence, Arizona, suffered serious injuries, and three other people suffered only minor injuries when the woman from Williamsville failed to yield to another vehicle. The accident happened on U.S. 60, about a quarter mile east of Van Buren. All the injured were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital.
