On Saturday, Carter County Sheriff Alonzo Bradwell and Wayne County Sheriff Kyle Shearrer teamed up to track down suspects in a stolen side-by-side case.
Their joint investigation led to the recovery of the stolen side-by-side and the arrest of Curtis Dugas. A search of Dugas’ home also turned up suspected meth and drug paraphernalia. The operation also resulted in a second arrest—Heather Thorn was taken into custody on an existing felony drug warrant from Wayne County.
