The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports three local injury accidents on Monday.

Monday morning, a 60-year-old woman from Hardenville suffered moderate injuries when she drove off the road, struck an embankment, and a fence. She was taken to Baxter Health in Mountain Home. The accident happened on Highway J, five miles south of Hardenville.

Also on Monday morning, a woman from Maynard, Arkansas, was injured in an accident on Highway 142, west of Gatewood. The woman was injured when she ran off the road and struck a concrete bridge support. She was flown to Regional One in Memphis.

Monday afternoon, a 17-year-old West Plains boy was injured when the vehicle he was a passenger in failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the road, and overturned on its side. The boy was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on County Road 6300, five miles west of West Plains.
