Butch Doolittle was stopped on Highway 63, and while stopped, officers found a baggie of meth and drug paraphernalia. Doolittle’s license was also suspended. Doolittle is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while suspended. His bond was set at $5,000
