A doctor with Missouri Ozarks Community Health in Mansfield has been charged with domestic assault following an incident earlier this month. Authorities say Dr. Matthew Brown was arrested on Wednesday, August 20, and has been placed on house arrest. Investigators report officers were called to a home in Mountain Grove on August 16 after a woman said she and her children had to hide in the woods during a dispute. She told officers the man retrieved a gun during the incident. A court appearance is scheduled for September.
