A West Plains man was taken into custody Friday afternoon in Howell County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 38-year-old Morgan L. Miller was arrested at 12:24 p.m. on August 22. Miller was wanted on a felony Arkansas parole violation warrant. He was transported to the Howell County Jail, where he is being held without bond.
