
A Mountain Home man was arrested Wednesday night by the Arkansas State Police. According to booking records, 34-year-old Tommy Dwight Gattis was taken into custody on August 20 at 9:08 p.m. Gattis faces multiple charges, including obstructing governmental operations, failure to appear, and three counts of non-payment of fines. He also faces felony charges of possession of a controlled substance—Schedule 1 or 2 methamphetamine or cocaine—and tampering with physical evidence. Gattis is being held on a bond totaling $3,460.
