25-year-old Jonathan Cole Smith Jr. was arrested on charges of felony fleeing, reckless driving, no insurance, failure to stop or yield, and parole violation. He was also charged as a habitual offender. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center, and bond was set at $15,000.
