Eligah Talbert was arrested after police received several complaints about his behavior, including him yelling, cursing, and being reportedly highly intoxicated. Talbert allegedly spat in an officer’s face and then attempted to flee on foot. One officer was injured while trying to arrest Talbert. Talbert is charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest, peace disturbance, and obstruction.
