55-year-old Brian Keith Baker was arrested on charges of possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance, meth or cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, fictitious tags, no insurance, and failure to present a driver’s license. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center, and bond was set at $5,000
