A man from Mountain Home, who is charged with negligent homicide, was in court on Monday.

57-year-old Joe Allen Deen was allegedly driving a motorcycle under the influence when it crashed, killing a female passenger. According to the report, Deen was set to take a plea, but his attorney asked the court to move the plea entry to October 6th. The request was approved by the Judge. Deen is free on $10,000 bond.
