23-year-old Nathan Boomsliter was arrested on an El Paso County, Colorado warrant for felony failure to appear. He is also charged with driving while revoked, failure to display valid driver’s license plates, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was taken to the Howell County jail.
