Morgan Harrison was arrested after she led authorities on a pursuit that started on Highway 19 near the Jacks Fork River Bridge and ended near County Road 410 and Highway 106. During the investigation, dispatch confirmed the vehicle had been reported stolen earlier that evening from Iowa Street in Rolla. Harrison, who is currently on probation and parole for abuse/neglect of a child, was placed on a 24-hour hold for Aggravated Fleeing to Avoid Stop/Detention and Tampering with a Motor Vehicle. The Honorable Judge Sandra Brewer issued warrants for both charges, each set at $10,000 cash-only bond.
