A man from Pocahontas was arrested for sexual assault. 27-year-old Cody Parker was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Butler County on a felony out-of-state fugitive warrant for aggravated sexual assault in Rock Island County, Colorado. He was taken to the Butler County Jail.
