The Shannon County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a woman in Summersville for drugs and weapons charges. Monday, the Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance call at a residence near Summersville. During the investigation, consent to search was granted. Deputies located methamphetamine and multiple firearms inside the home. The resident, identified as Olga Norris, admitted ownership of the seized items. Tuesday, Norris was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Additional charges are anticipated.
