An Izard County man has died following a crash on Wednesday. According to the Arkansas State Police, 64-year-old Matthew Bruyette of Violet Hill was driving a 2022 Polaris RZR side-by-side when he struck the front of a Dodge Ram 3500. The truck’s driver was backing a trailer into a driveway in the 4500 block of Johnson View Road in Wiseman at the time of the collision. Bruyette’s vehicle rolled, ejecting him. He was transported to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, where he later died from his injuries.
