Justin Leyburn allegedly had sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl and exchanged explicit images. The incidents happened in December 2022. Leyburn allegedly admitted to authorities on Monday when he was questioned about sending and receiving explicit images via Instagram and saving them to Snapchat. He also described a physical encounter with the victim around Christmas 2022, acknowledging inappropriate touching and stating he was aware his actions were wrong. Leyburn is charged with possession of child pornography and third-degree child molestation involving a victim under the age of 14.
